Here in Canada, we have a rich history in aerospace and astronautics here in Canada dating back sixty years! We've pioneered technology and innovation, fostered international partnerships, and made scientific breakthroughs with our contributions to space exploration.

Welcome to Canadian Space. We will explore the history and science behind Canadian satellites, astronauts, space communication, and more. Our goal is to highlight the benefits our contributions have made to society and what will take us to the next level in the future.

I'm excited to share this journey with you! We have a lot of ground to cover, about sixty years of ground to be exact, so we're going to organize into episodes and seasons. Season one will start with the exciting pioneering satellites that made up the Alouette mission and how they put Canada at the forefront of space exploration in the sixties and seventies.

These are huge topics and it takes hours of time in research and preparation to produce this show but stay tuned, like, share, and subscribe to our channel here on YouTube to be the first to watch Episode 1. We're also on Twitter and Facebook.
